VERY MUCH ALIVE is committed to delivering quality products as efficiently as possible. Many of our products are produced on demand through trusted fulfillment partners. As a result, production and shipping times may vary depending on product type, inventory availability, and destination.
Please review this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed after payment is successfully received.
Because many products are made to order, processing times typically range from 2–10 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via email when available.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times begin after order processing is complete.
Shipping times may vary based on:
Product type
Destination
Carrier delays
Customs processing
Seasonal demand
Domestic orders generally arrive within 5–15 business days after shipment, though delivery times are not guaranteed.
International orders may require additional transit time.
VERY MUCH ALIVE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
VERY MUCH ALIVE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors, household members, building management, or local delivery offices.
VERY MUCH ALIVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged upon arrival
Defective
Misprinted
Incorrect compared to your order
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the product and defect
After review, VERY MUCH ALIVE may provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for replacement.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because many VERY MUCH ALIVE products are produced specifically for each customer, we do not currently accept:
Returns
Exchanges
Refund requests due to buyer’s remorse
Refund requests due to incorrect size selection
Refund requests due to change of mind
Refund requests for products that arrive as ordered and without defects
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing your purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed because products are often manufactured specifically for each order.
